Here are the Top 6 finalists in Espolòn Tequila’s Afterlife To The Bone cocktail competition
It's a stellar Top 6, with bartenders from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Hobart making it through.
This month on Boothby we’ve been sharing the stories and cocktails of each of the 25 finalists in Espolòn Tequila’s Afterlife To The Bone cocktail competition, and the top six have just been announced.
Six bartenders from four cities around Australia will now head to Sydney during Bar Week to compete in the national final and the chance to take out the top prize of $10,000 cash.
Huge, right? So who are the Top 6?
Ben Hardy, the bar manager of The Attic at Black Pearl in Melbourne, made it through with his cocktail, Crusta Rhymes (The Rebellion).
Georgia Gresham, who you’ll find behind the stick at Maker in Brisbane, scored a spot in the final with her drink El Regreso.
From Hobart, co-owner and bartender at Rude Boy, Jack Turner, made it through with his serve, Gallo Feroz.
Jarah Retana from El Primo Sanchez in Sydney got through with his drink, the Spur Reviver.
And from Melbourne bar Caretaker’s Cottage, Kitty Gardner is through to the final with her drink, Rebel Yell.
Sydney bartender Kyoka Ogawa from Kuro Bar & Dining also reached the final with her drink, Bonito Bonito.
