At Bar Spontana in Brunswick, they’re all about all things spontaneously fermented, whether that be cider, natural wine, beer, or — as you’ll see here — the ingredients in their cocktails.
“Working in a busy restaurant, people want a rich, aromatic, after-dinner sipper,” says drinks lead Nathan Beasley. “They also want a caffeine hit. This is the product of both of those.”
