“This drink was my entry to the finals of the NT Bartender of the Year. I made it defy the expectation that whisky drinks need to be serious and booze focused. The sherry adds complexity for the seasoned imbibers, but the blend of three tropical fruits makes it smashable for everyone. A tiki-esque whisky drink that ticks all the boxes. It ended up winning me the title and has been a favourite on the Hanky Panky Lounge menu ever since.”
