Get the recipe for Jacob Cohen’s Savile Highball
This drink smells different, depending on who makes it — and that’s the point.
Usually, if the same drink made by different bartenders had a different aroma, you’d think that someone messed up. But as Savile Row’s Jacob Cohen explains below, when it comes to the Savile Highball, that’s the whole point.
“The Savile Highball is an amalgamation of spirits and flavours that are near and dear to our heart at Savile Row,” says Jacob. “The orange coin on top is an homage to our infamous orange door. The SR Aroma that is misted over the drink is actually personal to who has served you. Each staff member has their own unique scent that is reminiscent of Savile Row to them.”
