What a night it was. The second annual Boothby Best Bars Victoria Awards took place last night at Pearl Diver Cocktails & Oysters in Melbourne, with some of the states best bartenders and bar owners in attendance.

It is always an honour and a pleasure to put these awards on, and to see bartenders from the bars on the top 50 all come together in one room to celebrate the best of what the industry can do — it’s such a privilege to be a part of that. Thank you to all who came down and celebrated with us — you made it a memorable night!
