Last month we brought you the news that Maybe Sammy and the rest of the Maybe Group would be hosting an unprecedented lineup of bar takeovers and masterclasses in Sydney, and now the full schedule of events is here.
The TL;DR take? It’s going to be a huge week.
The team has curated a week-long event that sees some 16 of the world’s most notable and interesting bars from across the world come to town to show off what they can do.
If you’re a bartendery type, or have even a light interest in where the bar and drink culture is at the best bars in countries like Argentina, Mexico, Thailand, Singapore, the UK, France, Italy, Colombia, the USA, Greece and Spain, then you’ll want to get to the Maybe Cocktail Festival.
The takeovers go for around three hours each, with multiple bars getting in on the action each night. It kicks off on the Wednesday 12 April, with masterclasses on Sunday 16 April, and wraps on Wednesday 19 April.
