Well, if you even casually follow a few Sydney bartenders on social media, you’ll have seen a new bar splashed across the feed over the weekend just gone: El Primo Sanchez.
El Primo Sanchez had its soft open last weekend, and is the latest venue from the Maybe Group, which also has the world-renowned Maybe Sammy, as well as Dean & Nancy on 22, Maybe Frank, and Sammy Jr in Sydney. They've opened the bar in conjunction with the Public Group, who also own The Strand Hotel.
They’ve just released photos of the bar, which opens tomorrow, Wednesday 22 February.
We’ll have more insight into the new venue over the next week, but for now, get some Mexican-inspired venue inspiration from one of the best bar operators in the country.
