And you’ll find yourself greeted by owner and bartender Pete Ehemann, who’s a dab hand at a good drink — like this here Strawberries & Cream Negroni.
“We created [this drink] for Negroni Week 2024,” says Pete. “We wanted to create a Negroni riff that had a sweeter and creamier mouthfeel, but that still stood up booze-wise.”
Strawberries & Cream Negroni
30ml Plymouth Gin
30ml Antica Formula
30ml cooked strawberry-infused Campari
Washed and clarified with strawberry yoghurt.
