This drink is “inspired by utilising two core ingredients — green tea and rice — with different techniques and in different mediums,” says Storm. “A fully closed loop cocktail.”

Rizz OK!

120mL Genmaicha Rice Soda
Swirl of Matcha Whip
Garnish: Rice Bubbles Method: BuiltIce: CubedGlass: HighballIf you need the prep info it is here:Matcha Whip:
- 3L Kara Coconut Cream
- 1.5kg Sugar
- 1x 40g Tin of Matcha Powder
- 3x Pinches of Salt 
- 4x Drops of Blue Food Colouring
- 4x Drops of Yellow Food Colouring

1. Combine all ingredients in a Cambro
2. STICKBLEND until all sugar is dissolved
3. Pour into an ISI Whipper and charge 3x times. 
4. Store the rest in the fridge 

Rice Syrup:
- 1kg of Soaked Rice 
- 1L of Rice Water 

1. Make sure rice is soaking overnight
2. Using a fine strainer scoop out 1kg of rice 
3. Pour out 1L of the rice water
4. Combine and Stickblend until the rice is shredded and the liquid is white and look foamy
5. Fine strain mixture through a wet coffee filter & chinois 
6. Measure the strained liquid and combine equal parts with Sugar.
7. Stick blend.

Genmaicha Tea Water:
- 100g Genmaicha Tea 
- 6.3L Hot Water

1. Boil Two full kettles and pour into the Cambro. 
2. Use the HOT tap under the sink to bring the water up to 6.3L 

3. Add Genmaicha Tea & stir
4. Place a lid on the Cambro to retain heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes
5. Double strain the liquid through a coffee filter & Chinois 
6. Pour into the demijohn with the batch. 

Genmaicha Rice Soda:
- 6300mL Genmaicha Tea Water
- 2700mL Mijenta Tequila
- 1350mL Rice Syrup 
- 37.8g Citric Acid
- 21.6g Malic Acid
