Maybe Sammy has been serving up delicious drinks since 2019, and this one from Sarah Proietti is no exception.

“Pool Side is one of the signature drink from our current menu, The Grand Maybe Sammy Hotel,” Sarah says. The menu is inspired by each aspect of a luxurious hotel stay, and this one — on which Sarah was assisted by bartender Marco De Lazzari — is all about relaxing by the pool.

You can also take this Pool Side dip without the alcohol, should you so desire.

Pool Side

30ml basil-infused Papa Salt Gin
5ml Oscar Bianco vermouth
20ml palo Santo cordial
10ml citrus
120ml coconut soda

Serve long over ice and garnish with donuts.
