This (Not So) Irish Coffee is winning the hearts and minds of those who drink it. Created by Lacey Boyle with Ben Hardy, it’s Irish-ish, according to Lacey.
“[It’s] all the flavours you know and love with some nostalgic touches, Milo dusting, vanilla malt cream,” he says.

7.5ml rock candy syrup
15ml Mr Black
15ml Rye Whiskey
15ml cognac
20ml coffee
45ml water
Float Vanilla Malt Cream.
Milo/Nutmeg Dust.
