This Milano Fizz cocktail is a recipe we love
Two great Italian drinks come together in one.
The Milano Fizz was created by Apollo Inn’s Cameron Parish for the menu at Bar Miette in Brisbane, which opened in 2024. It’s a smart drink, we reckon — it’s essentially what you get when two drinks collide: the Americano, and the Garibaldi.
“Americano meets Garibaldi - it’s your perfect all-day beverage,” says Cameron. “The Milano Fizz is all about texture, sipping through the light aerated juice before hitting the fizzy aperitivi.”
Milano Fizz
15ml Cocchi Torino
22.5ml Campari
10ml filtered water
Fluffy orange juice to top
Carbonate the vermouth, Campari, and filtered water. Pour into glass and top with fluffy orange juice.
Served in a Sazerac glass with carved large block.
