“Free Falling was inspired from a fashion designer who once said, ‘It doesn’t matter if it’s rainy or dark, it’s always sunny above the clouds,’” says the drink’s creator, Koby Harris. “The name of the drink comes from the idea of free falling from above the clouds and feeling free as you do so. This is shown through the drink as it is a thrown drink. The liquid itself is a twist on an Old Cuban but with Hennessy V.S as a base. Underneath the cocktail is a coaster with the quote shown above. The idea for this was for the quote to be seen once the you are feeling free and you look down through the block of ice to read it.”

50ml Hennessy V.S
15ml mint, pineapple, and champagne syrup
30ml acid modified verjuice
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Strawberry & Peppermint Popping Candy Lollipop
