Ingredients

50ml Butter washed Archie rose double malt
1 barspoon cookie syrup
1 barspoon amontillado sherry
1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters

Instructions

Stir down with ice in a mixing glass.
Strain over a block of ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish with a cookie.
